Very friendly and helpful staff ( reception, cleaner, breakfast team). Very delicious breakfast. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night and didn't have time to enjoy the facility ( pool, etc)

We really liked the attitude towards our beloved dog, there was a sleeping place for the dog in the room, a soft blanket, bowls and gifts, she ate meat sticks with pleasure, a ball, water, bags, it was incredibly nice, our dog felt great! and we decided that she would come again and not just once. Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. we were immediately greeted and welcomed at the door by Ken. He was a delight to talk to. the room was spacious and the bathroom toiletries smelled amazing. We spent some time in the hot tub and pool area. Everything was clean, relaxing, and welcoming.
