Super beautiful apartment in the middle of the town, new and clean, it had everything I needed for the stay, owner super nice and friendly also helping before my arrival to find out about bus possibilities to Orvieto, communication fast and without problems, you should not miss this place. This stay went above and beyond our expectations! Very close to many sights in the area like Bolsena lake and Bosco del Sasseto. The staff was very friendly giving us a free tour of their botanical garden (and a gnome one too!). Perfect for children and Fantasy lovers. A very nice breakfast accompanied by hand picked wild berries. Must try!

I loved the hotel facilities and the size of the room on the ground floor, which allowed me to see all the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant area is gorgeous. The hotel staff are nice, and it's important for them to provide the best stay!

Everything was great. Simona is very attentive to all her guests, the breakfast is super. The animals at the yard are cute. Simona even made us a small gift at the checkout despite the fact that our stay was only 1 night. She also booked a restaurant at our request.

The accommodation was a little house on the side of a hill with great views of Orvieto and the countryside. The house had good food supplies, and they provided a special dessert for us. The rooms were comfortable. They can also arrange a hot tub. The surrounding countryside is good for walking, with views of Orvieto in the distance. There is a safe grass area for playing with small children. The staff were very helpful. We felt it was a beautiful location to see this part of Italy.

The accomodation/ swimming pool/ hot tub area was ideallic! The evening meal was lovely, and more importantly the hosts were brilliant and really helped us when we had problems with our car on the morning we were trying to leave. Couldn't recommend the place enough x
