We loved absolutely everything! The host was incredibly kind, the room was enormous (half a house), and the breakfast table was fully set. There was plenty of local food and drinks, along with the option to make coffee yourself. The atmosphere was cozy and delightful, and the price was excellent.

Great property away from the Orvieto town but within few minutes drive. The place has everything - amazing garden, swimming pool, views, friendly cats and dogs. We've got a welcome cake made by the owners from their own produce and the night before leaving we've got another cake. It is such a lovely gesture! We had everything we need and even more - milk, coffee, tea, bread, cakes, etc were provided. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, great bathroom. There is no air conditioner but we didn't need it despite very hot weather outside - the house protects well against the heat and opening windows allows night breeze in - perfect. I'd imagine you need to warm this place up during the winter, but there is a large heater. Can't stress enough - it's a great place to unwind for a few days or to use it as a base to travel around Umbria. Highly recommended!

A beautiful medieval Castello lovingly brought back to life by a charming French couple, Cecile and Philippe. The house is stunningly furnished with wonderful artifacts and art works. Our bedroom was located next to the throne room! The views from the terrace and the beautiful swimming pool are sensational! We were fortunate that Cecile and Philippe were in residence and it was a real privilege to be given a tour of the palace by them and to learn about its fascinating history and connection with the Marquis de Montholon (Napoleon's General who chose to go into exile with him on St. Helena).

Great location,.quiet quaint countryside with a great pool and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful staff The apartment had all the modern facilities in a renovated castle buildings. Lovely village. Highly recommended it to get away from the maddening crowd.

They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay, offering recommendations for local restaurants, natural and historic sites to explore. One of the highlights of our stay was the exquisite breakfast they served each morning. This stay went above and beyond our expectations! Very close to many sights in the area like Bolsena lake and Bosco del Sasseto. The staff was very friendly giving us a free tour of their botanical garden (and a gnome one too!). Perfect for children and Fantasy lovers. A very nice breakfast accompanied by hand picked wild berries. Must try!

Everything. Comfy bed. Spa bath and separate shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy modern apartment. Central, quiet location. Everything within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was in good condition. Host came out to meet us in the street so we knew exactly where to go and we were able to check in an hour earlier than the posted time. Good value grocery store almost right next door to the apartment. There are no outdoor sitting areas at the apartment but there are lovely parks with big shady trees within walking distance with amazing views nearby - great for a picnic. Also plenty of restaurants with indoor or outdoor seating nearby. We spent 3 nights here and got the Orvieto Cartia Unica pass. All of the places to visit on the pass are within walking distance from the property. Loved this town and can definitely recommend this apartment.
