It was a amazing time for us. The host was really helpfull and kind! The location is absolutely beautiful, a nice environment, great rooms and a really refreshing pool. Traveltime from/to the airport is almost nothing. So is also the traveltime to the city of Rome. Fresh home made breakfest every morning with a nice kickstarter! Loads of tips and recommendations for things that you can visit. We would defenitly recommend to go here!

Everything was perfect! Super friendly and helpful staff (thank you for the great tip about the black sand being magnetic, Andrea! The room is just awesome! Spotlessly clean, with all the amenities! in the kitchen and in every room, it has an espresso coffee maker and capsules to make your coffee. also, there is a cafe for French Coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped! 10 is a bit much for this particular accommodation. And the restaurant "Enjoy," which is right across the room, is excellent!

I liked most of all personnel!!! all stuff were so kind and predictable. and also beautiful… amazing people, place, interior and service! besides all they help me twice: 1) to find my AirPods; 2) to spend hours before plane… I had early flight, so it’s not needed to book the room… and I spend hours till late night at their nice warm lobby😊
