wauuu..nice hotel, we had suites with to big terase. very big room. Breafast was superb with really a lot of choises, top. Swimming pool with 37 temperature of water wes to die for, I will remember for ever. Also nice 2 saunas. Not so much big but super.

Clean large new rooms with exquisite toiletries from Aqua di Parma. Superb large quiet with all the hydromassage facilities pools. The spa is memorable. I had a wonderful stay at Le Volpi, a large part of it because of the spectacular service by Chris (and his colleague Mattia). I am an aspiring nature photographer with a drone and had found this property while hiking. The next morning I had flown my drone to catch a magical sunrise overlooking the property, but strong gusts of wind caused my drone to lose connection and disappear. I went far out by foot searching for it high and low, but to no avail, and came back to the property for breakfast - completely defeated. Chris saw me and asked how I was doing, and I explained to him I had lost my drone. Without even thinking how this could be a fruitless pursuit he reassuringly said “Don’t worry, we’ll find it!” and promised me we would after breakfast and when he was done with his shift. Chris went out of his way to drive me around to find it, and thankfully with the coordinates I had of the drone we eventually did! I just wanted to mention that people like Chris in Le Volpi are what make your stay unforgettable, and deserve to be recognised for their excellent hospitality. I am eternally grateful for Chris’ warmth and kindness, he is such a gem!!!!

It was delightful! Everything in this hotel is wonderful. The room design is very beautiful. There are many pools with thermal water. The spa is excellent, and the wonderful Valentina works there. She will help you choose good treatments and massages. The hotel staff is very friendly. And there is also a very tasty restaurant. Every evening, the restaurant serves exquisite food. The chef aims to amaze you every evening. I recommend having dinner at this hotel. We also had dinner at a restaurant nearby, which has a Michelin star, but it wasn't as tasty as in the hotel's restaurant. After that, we only dined at the hotel.
