The staff were always so friendly and were always on hand for anything we wanted. They offer a complimentary shuttle if you don't want to walk the hill to and from town. The place is lovely, quite spacious, totally spotless, the owner works hard everyday to keep it immaculate. The apartment is well equipped from all persective, there is even a private pool and a jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The accomodation offers balcony with a fabulous view to the lake and mountains. The rooms are spacious with so adorable view at the beautiful houses at the hills. Not too many rooms at the hotel so you never felt like it was crowded. The staff at the hotel is one of a kind. The breakfast was really good and the view from the breakfast terrace was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the Spa and the hot tubs - clean and relaxing.
