The service was great! The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. One of our friends is in a wheelchair and was able to get around with no problems. Dinner and breakfast were great. Everything was clean and orderly.

even if I was late with check-in, the host was very understanding. Due to an error at the reception, our room was allocated to another guest, but the problem was solved with great professionalism and we received a bigger room for the same price. Fantastic place with an incredible view on Sauris lake. Suites are very large, confortable, design and very well equipped. Massimo is a very very nice guy, explaining the story of the lake and of the hotel and recommending good places to eat. Super breakfast with local products. 10000% satisfied, sur I will come back in this little paradise :)
