The room was fully equipped with washing machine, microwave + cooking pan & hotplate. Spotlessly clean, and a good size for a Japanese hotel room. Washing can be aired dry on the balcony. Very convenient for the Skytree metro station, one stop along which you can switch to the JR line (useful if you have a (tourist) JR Travel Pass). I recommend exiting the Skytree station (Oschiage) via Exit B1. Excellent communication with the owner at all times. Great value for money. If we come to Tokyo again, this will be our first choice - if there is a free room!

We loved everything! We were 3 adults and 1 teenager (he slept in the tatami-room). Everything you need is available in the apartment and it´s situated a few minutes from the Kameido trainstation (east entrance) and you have conveniance-stores very close by, for example 7eleven, Family Mart and Lawson. There are also a couple of shoppingmalls, a lot of restaurants and cafes in every corner almost. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms, the 2 showers, the big kitchentable with the supercomfortable chairs around it and the very comfortable firm beds.

The property was incredibly clean, with all the necessary facilities. The location was great, just a short walk to the station and Tokyo Skytree. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, shopping streets, drugstores, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The host was warm and friendly, and responded to messages promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to friends who are planning to visit Tokyo.

Situated in a nice residential neighbour with nice bars/restaurants in the vicinity. The house is really big and had more than enough space for our little family of three. The bedrooms and bath were nice and very clean. We had to reschedule because of typhoon 10 but the host was very understanding and supported us greatly.

The owner is very friendly. We arrived late due to traffic, the owner was worrying about us and waited for us for a long time. Really sorry about that. The owner is very friendly. The house is well-equipped for family usage. The decoration is nice, and the tatami living room and bedroom are provided. The house is also equipped clothes washer and dryer which is a help for long-time travelers. You will feel like you living in Japan for one moment. It is difficult to find a place in Tokyo with a car parking space, so I will say this is a really good feature.
