This place was amazing! We stayed here with my family (my wife, 5 year old, 3 year old, 5 month old, and my father and brother in law). Staff was so awesome! They went above and beyond to serve us. You must do the meal service. All of our traditional Japanese meals were so delicious!!! Highly recommend.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bath is awesome, the skin care products provided in the bath is also very nice. Breakfast is very nice included a lot of local products.

I think it was the best balance between comfort location and price. My friends and I got a triple room and honestly it was perfect. It is 10 min walking from Matsumoto main street and train station. We also loved it a lot because during the week no one else was there so we had the whole place for ourselves! Would definitely recommend

The place is really cute, well equipped and clean. The gentleman who welcomed us was really kind and showed us everything about the apartment. It’s a warm and quiet place. We had a lovely stay there.

The host was very friendly and helpful, and let us know he was available to assist at any time if required. The apartment was very comfortable and we appreciated being able to cook. There is a wonderful supermarket ten minutes walk away, and the train station to get to Matsumoto is also a ten minute walk. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

A beatiful ryokan in a beautiful place. A river flows near by and you can hear the water running down stream. This is so relaxing. The house was Japanese clean, that is very clean. The house is equipped with anything that is needed. A marvelous sound system is placed in the dining area. There is a natural water onsen in the bathing room. Hiro, the host, was very nice.
