the location is great the staff were wonderful, very very kind and frendly and helpful. and the breakfast was fantastic. I love the amok. everything were delicious. we visit in christmas holyday, there was a event in the hotel. that was fantastic and fun.

We couldn’t recommend this place enough! The rooms were just as in the pictures, very big, comfortable and clean. But the best part was indeed the staff of the hotel, specially the owner. She was extremely kind, helped us with everything, laundry, renting a motorbike, etc.. She allowed us to use the installations after our check out, even gave us access to a room to get change before departing, offered us coffee and explained useful info about transportation. Loved staying in The Palmery and would 100% would come back. Location is not in the city center but very close, which gives a plus of tranquility and it is worth it.

Staff were very friendly. Had a surprise from them when I came back from tour and saw they decorated my bed with flowers for my Birthday. Very nice relax atmosphere with good locations for tour. Our driver was all the way with us throughout our trip...another nice heart warming man. Truly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms surrounded the pool and the lush vegetation gave privacy. The food was excellent but the best part was the staff, so accommodating and friendly. My wife's birthday occurred while we were staying here and the staff surprised her with a birthday cake and Happy Birthday song which was such a caring gesture. We 100% recommend Angkor Privilege!

Location in great, close to Pub Street. The pool is perfect to relax after visiting the temples. The staff is kind and always ready to answer your questions or help with anything you need. They arranged all the tours for us, with a kind driver. It's a new hotel, so everything is new, clean, and works fine. Breakfast is delicious

After travelling around Asia for a few months we ended our trip in Siem Reap and decided to stay at the Memoire Palace as treat for our final week. What a treat it was! This place was magical and we had such a lovely week relaxing by the gigantic pool. There is also a beautiful spa with sauna, steam and a gym. The staff were so friendly and lovely to chat to. They went out of their way to help with any request we had. The room was huge with a very comfy bed. Cannot fault the place. I absolutely recommend this resort. I wish we could have stayed longer.
