I wasn’t expecting such big communal areas- large pool, spa, games room, bar, TV lounge, breakfast and barbecue areas! I imagine when the place is full with big groups- the ski season, functions etc the place would be humming! Our host was very friendly, helpful and relaxed! Heaps of car parking! Very comfy beds! We had a fantastic time here on our girl's weekend away. We swam in the pool, and relaxed in the hot tub. Socialised in the evening in one of the lounges. We played pool, table tennis, and tabletop football. Tea, coffee, and breakfast too were a bonus. Opuke Hot Pools and the Methven walkway were really close by and the town wasn't too much of a walk either.
