loved the beds they were so comfy. it’s very minimalist in the room. Not much place to put your stuff but you can ask for a wardrobe to be added to your room. really clean, breakfast was great, in a great location for Jewish quarter and old town. fantastic views from the hot tub

Excellent modern hotel with an exceptional spa and pool. Room was large and spacious with 2 window aspects where you can actually open the windows and get fresh air. Enjoyed the seating area and large modern bathroom with full shower. Laundry facilities were fast and good value for money. Used room service and it was delivered faster than in the actual restaurant. Appreciated the great bedding and fluffy towels and helpful reception staff. Hotel is on the main street in the old town so depending on location of room can be noisy on Fri/Sat night/early morning and ear plugs will be useful. The room safe really does fit a laptop.

The check-in was easy and staff very helpfull. Room was large, clean and beds were very comfortable. Swimming pool was great after a full day walking in the city center. Breakfast was very good, excellent choices and the fresh juices were the best.

A real highlight of the accommodation is the Jacuzzi in the bathroom, which offers a unique experience. There are two TVs - one in front of the bed and one in front of the jacuzzi. The room is cleaned nicely. The breakfast is brought to bed, and it provides the perfect pampering. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend you the Romantic Package Deluxe!❤ We had a great time. 😊

    There wasn't much not to like. The apartment was great, spacious, comfortable, clean, plenty of facilities, etc. The host was truly amazing, helpful, and kept us informed and provided full details about access when arriving. The apartment is literally central, a stone throw away from the main square. The jacuzzi bath was amazing, too, with plenty of space for 2. Be prepared to wait a while to fill up, though, as it's big.

    Beautiful hotel in the heart of Krakow. You step outside and you right where you suppose to be! 5min walk from some great restaurants in the setting of the Old Town plus some lovely shops around. The staff are super helpful and polite. We had a suit booked which was located in the historical part of the building, massive room with high ceiling and traditional looks, nice and clean. We loved the spa area, with fantastic swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas. More than enough to relax and chillout. Overall great stay and will definitely book again.
