the staff is very kind, pleasant, respectful and helpful, the food and pastry are exceptionnel, the spa is fantastic (staff is very kind and professional), the room was great, calm and very clean. there is a great energy in the hotel. the sunset was magical and the private beach is fantastic. This villa is a beautiful stay for a family or group of friends. The host was kind and proactive, ready to answer our questions about this clean and fun house. The pool is large and comes with parasols and sunbeds. Inside, air conditioning and proper beds make for comfortable nights of sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped.

We were staying at the hotel the 2nd week of December. It was well attended but not overly busy. The temperature was around 23-26 °C. Just perfect. The hotel is nice and clean; the staff was really helpful and polite. The food was delicious and plenty. Our room was spacious, clean, well stocked with coffee and tea. Every morning, the bottled water has been stocked up. There is a general shop on site with touristy stuff and basic toiletries, clothing's; postcards and stamps; The bar is open all day. There is room service available too. The pool water was clean and tidy all around. The hotel is right on the beach, with someone checking that only hotel guests use the deck chairs, as the beach is accessible by all. (Not through the hotel, though) There are cute cats everywhere. We've had a small pool outside of our room. There are many small pools, which neighbouring rooms can share and there is a big main pool too.

People make holidays, and the staff exceeded expectations. I do not tend to take telephone numbers when travelling, certainly not from staff. However, I have taken 3 staff members to keep in touch with. It was out of season, but the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Most of the time, we were the only people staying at the hotel, but we received a full hotel service. It is a shame other travellers do not come to Djerba out of season. The weather is OK and the island is good to explore.

    extremely helpfull lady in reception. Restaurant staff super friendly. Food absolutely amazing especially taking into account we stayed not during the season. Selection was always good. Rooms spacious and clean.
