The decor was specially tasteful. Best breakfast of our whole trip. We had a mishap upon arrival, but the owner presented himself and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it. The 2nd floor rooms are nicer.

The hosts are on-site at all hours and very very helpful with anything you need and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They even picked us up (for free) when our flight and connection was very late on arrival! The breakfast is prepared daily and exceptional. The host provides a very competitive currency exchange service. What a great stay!

My spouse and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a week-long stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati booked through booking.com, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. Amazing location, very quiet place, no problems with parking the car - we had a minivan, and finding a free parking space in some locations was not easy. The property is very clean, with a beautiful seaview terrace. We stayed with our friends in a family room which had it's own balcony / terrace with an absolutely fantastic view of the sea and of the Greek island Chios. The breakfast was beautifully served and was delicious! The host and all the personnel were very friendly and helpful, starting with the night watcher who helped us with the luggage and explained everything about the property in very good English. The place is a bit far from the center if the city, so I would recommend it to those traveling in a car.

    While relaxing on the white sandy beach and calm sea, we had the opportunity to enjoy delicious cocktails. The weather was perfect. We tried the Far East restaurant for our dinner, which was located right above the sea. The restaurant's vibrant lights and the delicious dishes on its menu were truly impressive. Our room was a spacious one with a terrace. It was delightful to have our morning coffee on the terrace.

    We had a relaxing time during our girls' trip. We didn't feel the need to leave the hotel during this short period. The facial treatment we received at the spa was particularly successful. The heated pools were well thought out. I also learned that there is an all-inclusive option. It's a great option for me when I come with the kids in the future.
