Guests can pamper themselves at the spa centre including facilities such as sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam and massage. Amazing place! our second time here. Great facilities, spa, pool and food. Its a bit far from Bansko ski resort, about 10 mins drive, but because the hotel is so great, it is worth the distance.

The spa area includes different types of saunas, a hot tub, a steam bath and a relaxation area. Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

The pool and and the spa was perfect. Breakfast was superb. The hotel has also three restaurants althpugh little bit pricy taste and quality was very good. The staff was kimd and helpful. My 6 year old kid had a good time there.

Which state at the hotel in the beginning of April. There were hardly any occupancy, so all the fools were ours :) there are 2 big pools and three small ones. Some hot some cold. Bulls are working from morning till 8:00 p.m. breakfast was very good. There is a plenty of parking because hotel is at the edge of the town. Overall great value for money.
