Especially I had a lot of contacts with the staff at the restaurant and at the pool bar and they really made my week here. But all the staff are like a big family and when you are here you feel like being included in the family. I warmly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back again! There is also a kitchenette, fitted with an oven, microwave and refrigerator. Towels are featured. First of all thanks to Miraslava ( a main administrator) for concern, help and support! Very clear territory of the complex, plus closed from outsiders and guarded. Not big, but a cozy pool with sunbeds. There is a playground for children and an area for barbeque. We had not big, but nice and clear apartments with balconies and views on the pool and mountains. Everyday was cleaning. The sea is 10 minute by foot, but we preferred a pool. Very recommended for a quiet and calm vacation
