We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. We have a 1 Bhk appartment which was spacious and well stocked, staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good and there is laundry who is helpful when you are staying for longer durations . We enjoyed our stay in HAPIMAG and looking forward to come back again .

Salzano Restaurant features a terrace with views to Mount Eiger. You can enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner on the terrace. We loved the staff and their friendliness, including the owner that checked to make sure our stay was wonderful.. It is close to the bus station, so that was a plus to go into Interlaken to catch the trains. The breakfast was plentiful as well. 'The view is lovely!
