However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

Free WiFi access is provided in public areas. I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. The property has an outdoor dining area. Well organised cosy and comfortable apartment in the middle of peacefull neighborhood. Having access to the both indoor-outdoor salty pools and spa was a great opportunity. Chilling in outdoor pool during the heavy rain was an extreme experience for us. Della was very friendly. Our 9 months-old daughter even stopped being fussy whenever she came home. ☺️
