bed is very comfy. wifi works well and is not to slow. there is space for our food. in the fridge in the community kitchen. the neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed

The staff were fantastic and between my poor spanish, their english and some mime we were able to sort most things. After some heavy rainfall I had an issue with a roof leak and the staff were quick to move me to another room. The room was clean and there were enough shared bathrooms that I never had to wait for one to become available. Breakfast is delicious with eggs made to order and fruit/cereal/yogurt and juice available. The pool and outdoor seating areas are lovely when the sun is out.

The lobby and other areas of this hotel are beautiful and well designed. The room was large and spacious, and I really liked the bathroom.

Our room was large, clean and comfortable, with a shower, bath and jacuzzi. The hotel is located in the centre of Santiago and we were able to walk around and see the sights. All of the food was good, but we particularly enjoyed the sandwiches in the Bristol bar. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful that we felt at home - many of them speak good English which was nice for us because our Spanish is inexcusably poor.

Gym, hot tub, breakfast were very enjoyable and the room and bathroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. I could not fault the room. The view of the city and mountains was amazing.

Magnolia lives up to its reputation - from the warm welcome and incredibly helpful reception staff to the beautiful interior design. Rooms were large, with thoughtful touches and spacious bathrooms. Excellent gym, dining room and gorgeous little lounge spaces downstairs for relaxing. Great rooftop terrace with cosy couches.

I had a really nice relaxing time there. The pool is great and also the places to chill around! They offer a hour jacuzzi for free and also a cinemaroom for watching netflixfilms. The kitchen is clean and nice, the bathrooms with soap and warm water. The bedsheets, pillars, matress were so comfortable - I slept like a baby :)
