We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Family friendly hotel, well organised, with impressive view, not far from the beach. Wonderful varied breakfast, healthy menu, smoothies, honey in the comb, homemade yogurt. Even dinner buffet is varied and change every day.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. The size of the suite was exceptional and very comfortable. Nicely designed with no detail spared. Great terrace. Friendly, helpful staff. A nice size supermarket round the corner. Parking is not complicated. Short walk to the port and beach.

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool and beach area were really nice. The location was an easy walk to the central part of Palmanova. All in all a great stay!

There are 2 pools and bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony is very spacious and has hangers to dry wet clothes!

Also by bus 25 you can reach Intermodal - Placa Espana, from where you can reach Port de Soller or other wonderful places on the island by train or bus. Modern hotel, with generous lobby, restaurant and bar, sensational pool, very friendly staff. Very well equipped room, comfortable beds, minibar. Upon arrival you are greeted with water, olive oil and crisps. Also a handwritten welcome message from the O.P. manager Margherita Petito, very impressive. An unforgettable experience, 4-star amenities, excellent value for money.
