We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

Loved the fact you could enjoy a wonderful spa hotel and catch the number 25 into the heart of Palma for €2 a trip per person. The spa facilities were a real enjoyment. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. The hotel was exceptional from the day we arrived. The staff were all super helpful, professional and really friendly. The manager noticed on our first morning that we were new and welcomed us to breakfast, he was very welcoming and always checking on everyone. No request was too much. The rooms and facilities were super clean and beautiful. The bar and food was also great and service there was also high standard, the pool was such a lovely environment to be in.

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. The room was clean and cleaned daily which is a very important aspect for us. The staff was very friendly as they helped us out with what to visit and where to go on the island. The breakfast had a lot of variety, with high-quality products. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the terrace bar, overall a great atmosphere.

There are 2 pools and bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony is very spacious and has hangers to dry wet clothes!

There is also a lounge bar and terrace. amazing staff, cleand and comfortable rooms. food was delicious with lots of choiches. we had an amazing time and would return without hesitation!

Everything was perfect for our 2 nights stay in Mallorca! Rooms are clean, restaurant is so nice, it is near the long beach and so close to Palma center.
