We loved this property, great location, super clean and comfortable, added extras like juice, fresh milk and nespresso pods made it very homely. William the manager was super friendly and helpful, always answering our questions very promptly.

An award-winning spa and fitness centre are also provided. The staff were super helpful and nice, and room service was also quick and on time. Housekeeping was also very amazing, and made our stay to be one of the best.

Spread across four floors, the spa features 17 treatment rooms, a private spa suite and Thermal Floor with an indoor swimming pool, vitality pool, amphitheatre sauna, ice fountain, marble heated loungers and private sleep pods. Breakfast was fabulous. Location is perfect.

Everything was perfect, from accommodation, to staff - both concierges and reception desk. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms.

In London's West End, this 5-star luxury hotel is set in a beautifully preserved Neoclassical building. It boasts a luxurious on-site spa, spacious rooms, and Michelin Star restaurant, Wild Honey St James. Location was convenient for the Award Ceremony that I attended the next day, and also convenient to Bus Transportation to Oxford Street and central london and also to the Tube Station as well.
