Everything was perfect, the driver picked us up from the hotel and the even though it was a one hour ride but the view was amazing the villa itself was beautiful and I couldnt stop looking at the breathtaking out of a picture view from our terrace, the walked to the waterfall and some nice people picked us up for free and dropped us and on our way back a man offered to take us back to the villa the people in the area are so sweet and friendly and welcoming and I had the the best time owners are so sweet and have yummy homemade food.

The hotel provides an indoor pool, sauna, karaoke and a kids' club. It was awesome time during living in the Ambassadori. The room was great. The service was like in Dubai. Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service. Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service: 1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment. 2. Demetre from the reception. This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable. One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table. There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.

Breakfast was very good internal my opinion, starting a little later than we're used to, but this really helped us to relax even more
