Very peaceful atmosphere overlooking the Caucasus which embracing around u. Just like in heaven. Simply pray for the clear sky. We stayed for 4 adults, might be packed but manageable. Hot water was enough for the family. Property has everything u needed. Very warm blanket, bed & good sofa bed. Super clean place, no smell at all. Projector screen was a plus for night activities. Moreover, was the staff.. He is very sympathetic to the situation that we might could not make it due to road closures. However, we finally made it. A+ for this property. A once in a lifetime MUST!!

BBQ equipment, fire pit area with fire wood, slippers and bathrobes - everything was thought out in detail. Thank you so much for that!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone and I am looking forward to coming here again.

They set-up the Spa and Sauna for us as well and they have a restaurant there which you can dine in for the evening, where Georgy who served us was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. All around a very good place to stay. Strongly recommend

The breakfast area turns into a restaurant in evening and, trust me, it will not disappoint either. The spa facilities comprise a sauna and a jacuzzi with lukewarm/warm water and it is privatised for you for one hour (need to arrange in advance). As for the studio in which we stayed, it offers breathtaking views of the Kazbegi mountains, is filled with all the required amenities and it has good soundproofing as well. The ceiling upstairs is actually quite high (about 185cm) so no issue to stand for most of us 😄
