The place exceeded my expectations, it is a hidden gem in Saronida/Lagonissi area. Relaxing when on business duty and giving yourself a luxury treat in a place that is paradise on earth. the garden offers numerous opportunities to work on your laptop, read a book or simply chill and enjoy the silence. the decoration of the entire place shows that the owner built this group of apartments also for his own use. Nice furniture, tasteful finishings, materials, and colours used in the studio. I recommend this place to like-minded travellers of the world, who had enough of the crowded 5 Star hotel scenery they see every day when on business duty and instead love the quite subtle luxury in style, design, aesthetics and peaceful environments with personality, like Aval Riviera. the gym in the garden space is fabulous for Yoga. The relax area by the pool was my favourite place after busy meetings. For those who want to enjoy the sea, Lagonissi and Saronida area up to Cape Sounion offer a variety of beach bars you can visit according to taste and budget. I will return to Aval Riviera for my next trips to Athens. It is close to the airport, close to the sea, close to bars, restaurants, shopping facilities, plus it is a place where you offer yourself a nice treat between busy schedules. Loved this place!

The owner also took care of small things like sugar, coffee, tea, and spices. As a welcome gift, we had wine in the fridge and a bottle of cold water and cookies. The bathroom has everything you need and even more, including bathrobes and a hydromassage shower. The apartment includes a terrace, which is twice the size of the apartment. The terrace has comfortable furniture for relaxing and enjoying the Jacuzzi. It's a pure pleasure to enjoy the Jacuzzi while overlooking the sea. The water is, of course, changed after each guest. The apartment is located on the third floor and offers a perfect view of the sea and kitesurfers. The owner has ensured that the terrace has ample shade at all times of the day and provides privacy when using the Jacuzzi. You can always feel the breeze on the terrace and avoid the heat. It's a very pleasant place to spend the evenings. The nearest shop, bus stop are 50 meters away, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is about 150 meters away. The owner is very nice and quick to respond. We were able to leave our luggage there because we arrived a few hours early. I highly recommend it!

This recently renovated holiday home is located 16 km from Terra Vibe Park and 29 km from Lake Marathon. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking holiday home has a hot tub. Very modern amenities and feeling to this house set in a agricultural village. Extremely clean and scenic with peaceful pastoral views. It was a real last minute find when our outgoing flight got cancelled and rebooked for two days later. Less than an hour from the airport but far enough north and close enough to the highway to allow us to do a day trip as far as Meteora one day and explore Evia another day.
