They went above and beyond, changing towels and even the complimentary slippers three times during our seven-day stay, a level of service that truly stood out. Every corner of the suite reflected their commitment to excellence. Breakfast was a highlight, masterfully prepared by Eleftheria, who curated a vast and delicious spread featuring the region’s specialties. Each morning, we were treated to an array of local delicacies, from fresh pastries to savory treats, all bursting with authentic Maniot flavors. It was a culinary experience that showcased the area’s rich heritage. The location of Armantanis Luxury Suites is ideal, just a 2-minute drive or a leisurely 12-minute walk from the charming town of Areopolis. This balance of proximity and tranquility made it easy to explore the vibrant local scene while retreating to a peaceful haven. In every way, Armantanis Luxury Suites exceeded our expectations. Maria, Kanela, and Eleftheria’s passion for hospitality, combined with the stunning accommodations and prime location, make this hotel a must-visit in the Mani Peninsula. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and a concierge service. The hotel is arranged like a tiny village where everybody has their own private space. It is beautifully located high above the ionian sea, offering breathtaking sunsets on the balcony and on the terrace restaurant. the staff (from manager to the waitresses) were unbelievably polite and welcoming. We really felt at home! the restaurant is also excellent and we found nothing better in the Areopoli surroundings. For equally delicious food, you will have to travel to Stoupa or Kardamili ;-) In summary, a dream of a hotel, 100% recommendable! Dare to stay more than just two nights - we had never stayed longer in hotels before and we loved the laid back feeling of having a "home" for an entire week. Our 5 month old baby was also lovingly taken care of - the kitchen offered to make fresh fruit- or vegetable purees so he could try his first solid foods.

Alika Resort is at a distance of 4 km from Vathia village surrounded by castles and 3 km away from the fishing village of Gerolimenas. Spart Town is at a distance of 90 km, while Kalamata Airport is 100 km away. Free parking is available on site. Great location for discovering southern Mani. Proximity to nice beaches. Very clean. Very accommodating staff, especially Sophie the fellow Canadian. Amazing breakfast.

Built in the traditional style of Mani architecture, Ktima Karageorgou offers beautifully appointed rooms. Each suite has been elegantly designed to create an intimate and relaxing environment. They include a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge. There is a lovely outdoor pool for guests to enjoy a refreshing dip. Lovely place and very helpful when I accidentally left my passport in the room!
