So thumbs up for the management to be that attentive to guests needs and open mindedness to change old approach. To summarize it all: 1. Spotless 2. Maintained and taken care off on a very high level. 3. Every single employee is kind, smiling, professional on his/her place and ready to assist. 4. Food became even better and everybody in the restaurant is doing just a remarkable job.

In the middle of a 17 hectare estate, close to the Lake Héviz, this 4-story hotel offers traditional Hungarian Hévizi treatments, a beauty and hair salon. This was a return trip for us and Lotus Hotel never disappoints. Service was excellent, facilities amazing, with super clean pools, saubas and rooms, great food, and altogether, a very relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful town of Heviz is only 2 km away so we took early morning walks to the town and had out first coffee there. As a bonus, there is a litttle show every night at the hotel and some of the performers are fantastic. All in all, a memorable holiday! We shall return!

The room was comfortable, spacious, modern, and clean. The villa's location is fantastic; it is close to town and the shore. The owners and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is just a few minute walk from the main street, yet remains quiet. It was really nice to enjoy sauna and Inner Lake view from our apartment after a busy day.
