The ambiance, the staffs esp. receptionists and watchers at the poolside. Everyone’s very welcoming. Although we came at 11:30, way too early for check-in, to our surprise they gave us the room assigned to us.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel and facilities were excellent, and the food was absolutely amazing.
