Featuring views of the lagoon, the rooms at Natra Bintan have a flat-screen TV. Some rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Certain rooms have an outdoor whirlpool or views of the garden. All rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a standing shower. We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

Private pool was awesome; each villa has one and is of a good size. Villa was spacious; we took 2 premier suites and a deuxe studio for 11 pax. Each villa comes with its own private pool, and an amazing bathroom. The bedding in the bedrooms was soft and comfortable. Staff is attentive and communication is done via Whatsapp which makes it super convenient. The public beach is very near. Beautiful at sunset.

Great location, right next to the ferry terminal. Very attentive and friendly staff without hovering. Got early check in and late check out without asking. Great lagoon and room right next to it. Jacuzzi worked well and room facilities good. Unlimited towels, buggy rides. Spacious room ample for one king and two single beds for the kids.

Beautiful setting. Great for the children. Lovely pool, overlooking the sea. A great green space for children to run around. A very relaxing stay. The waves were quite strong for young children but good fun to jump/boogie board.

The beach area was very pretty and the sea from my beachfront room was exceptionally beautiful. From our room, I can see the beautiful ocean and the sea breeze is just wonderful. Nice to just seat outside the space in front of our beach room and relax.

Clean, spacious room and veneer flooring. The rooms were clean everyday. Sky lounge and aroma laut have great food and portions are just right. The hotel is near to KFC, provision shop, pharmacy and terminal. Everything is easy to access and walking distance.
