Elso everyone at the reception Dwi, Ajus, Yude... was amazing. I almost forgot about the relaxing morning yoga - it was great!

Abisena Resort was the right choice to experience this. Resort is little bit far away from Ubud center so it is the perfect spot to be away from all the chaos and crowded. All of the staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us even in the times we did not need to. Hotel's facilities are exactly like shown in the pictures. We stayed at one of the river suites. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We got room cleaning every day. Staff brought us different snacks and cookies almost every evening. Breakfast was amazing. For couple of evenings we ate at restaurant and the dinner was also very good. Menu has varioty options from local food to western food. In the last night of our stay there was a special balinese ceremony at the resort. Ami from staff gave us very precious informations about balinese culture and explained us the rituals. Special thanks to her again 💕 The only negative feedback that i can say is internet connection was really bad at downstair rooms. But it was not that much of a problem for us. Overall our stay was amazing from very beginning to end. They even gave me departing gift at checkout. If we ever come to bali again we definetly will stay at Abisena again.

They are really professional yet also using a personal approach which makes guests feel comfortable. Best experience and hoping to get another chance to stay.

This villa with pool views has tiled floors, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, hot tub and bathrobes. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some fruits. The villa offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. The bathroom had a unique interiour, the private garden with pool was peaceful, with a lot of plants. There were no bugs in the room. The staff was extremely friendly. Really good juices that were brought via room service. For breakfast you can choose between american breakfast (eggs, bacon, patatoes, …) or indonesian breakfast (nasi goreng for example) or smoothies including fruit and muesli (which were really good). You get fruit platters with the breakfast so that’s good but in general the choice is limited between these three types of breakfast. Location is good when you like rest and not-busy areas. It’s 35-40 minutes away from ubud centre, so you need a taxi to go there. But it’s close to the rice terraces and most important temples and waterfalls.

The first day I mentioned I didn't like sugar, and the whole week, he made sure to ask my bowl without sugar :) He was on training, and I really hope the hotel makes him permanent. Redi was also kind. Santi and Dewi at the reception took care of us very well. The attention is beyond good. The breakfast was complete and tasty. The massages in the spa 10/10 The views from the restaurant and room. In the morning you can see monkeys. Everything was great.
