Le Panoramic Gateway est mon meilleur souvenir du Kerala. Cet endroit est vraiment unique ! Tout était parfait. La vue est sublime. Le coucher de soleil depuis la piscine (très belle et chauffée) est à couper le souffle. Les chambres sont très jolies et confortables. Le spa est super. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et le restaurant indien sur place aussi. Mais ce que j’ai préféré par dessus tout ça c’est l’incroyable gentillesse des gens dans cet hôtel. Un merci spécial à Arya qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus inoubliable. N’hésitez pas. Réservez au Panoramic Gateway. Vous allez adorer.

The service was amazing and the staff were exceptionally nice. The resort is located in a very quiet area away from the mad rush of Munnar Town which was amazing. The food was also great from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating with all our requests. If you would like a getaway for a few days with your loved ones in Munnar, I would highly recommend this place.

I don’t want to say any name in particular because I may miss someone, which I don’t want to. Well connected with the nature, with good facilities. Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Very good Wi-Fi it's all around the property with good speed. We stayed at pool villa which was a nice option. Special thanks to the Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage team.
