The room was really nice and clean, and had a small balcony with a beautiful view overlooking Ooty. Though they do not have their own laundry service, they arranged for someone to come and pick up our laundry for us. They also arranged a tour to Mudumalai Tiger Reserve for us. The only downside of this place is the lack of eating facilities/included breakfast, however there are several locations close to it for good food.

The hotel has its own restaurant and luxurious rooms. The hotel as a whole was very deserving of a 5 star hotel, from the room to the restaurant, reception and all other amenities.
