The staff taking care of the breakfast was very friendly and provided a wonderful service. Same, very nice staff at the Bar and Reception. The Suite was big and very clean, confy bed.

We arrived at the hotel to be greeted to a warm friendly welcome .. the lady at reception was so lovely and so knowledgeable about the area she helped us by showing us the places to hike The hotel's location is superb with spectacular views to sassolungo mountain range ( our absolute favourite) Breakfast was superb The spa is outstanding Our room was fantastic The hotel is spotless extremely clean All the staff from reception to bar to the restaurant all warm welcoming and super friendly We loved it so much we stayed an extra night .. We have stayed in some amazing hotels but Monte Pana has become our favourite and we can't wait to come back .. Thank you so much 😁❤️

The hotel is made up of 2 separate buildings. Reception and the restaurant are set in the main building, while rooms and the sauna are in the annex. A public ski bus stops just 500 metres from the hotel. Absolute perfect stay in Bolzano. Nice and friendly staff, excellent restaurant with great choice of local wine, free parking, nice environment. Nice location, near exit of highway.
