Kind, helpful, and well-prepared staff (really, including everyone). Our little dachshund was warmly welcomed as well and could enter everywhere within the resort (except the indoor wellness, but we haven't used it anyway, now in summer). Very good breakfast and fantastic dinner (local specialties in a wonderful Tuscan garden). I suggest trying out their kitchen at least once during your stay. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and good soundproofing (it is not noisy at all).

Rooms have original features such as wood-beamed ceilings and modern amenities including air conditioning and satellite TV. WiFi access is available in the lobby and rooms. There is also an internet point. We loved San Gimignano and the location of the hotel was perfect - in the square, but quiet. The room was a little basic (but we really can’t complain given the price!) but clean, comfortable and roomy. We had a garden view which was great as we overlooked the stunning countryside. The staff were lovely - very accommodating, polite and professional. If (when!) we return to San Gimignano, we would definitely stay at Leon Bianco.

You will have 24-hour room service here. The hotel have top location, on the main street with shops and restaurants. The staff is very polite and especially a lady on the reception. The breakfast is delicious.We received free room upgrade. Thanks a lot!

Amazing location, we loved being in the annex in the historic tower with a large shaded patio right outside. Breakfast was very good and the location is so walkable to every place in Lucca.

The fitness centre is equipped with a small gym, sauna, hot tub and steam room. A relaxation area and massages are also available. We loved the rooms, the spa, the amazing breakfast and the lovely staff (especially Paola and Natale)

CastelBigozzi is surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, 12 km from San Gimignano. It offers an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, and rustic, air-conditioned rooms. You can book free guided excursions on the Via Francigena path. It was exactly what was promised. An old building in the heart of Tuscany int the middle of an olive orchard. Unfortunately we only spent a night there and wished we could have stayed longer. The restaurant was also very nice with a nice view of the sunset over the hills. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and beautiful. Overall, we would come back at anytime in a heartbeat

The spacious rooms are air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and a minibar. They have elegant furnishings, some with antique beds. A sweet breakfast is served daily.

Guests can relax in the small wellness area which includes a Turkish bath and a hot tub. Very clean, well maintained, there was always someone at reception desk to give assistance, breakfast was wonderful and all staff were kind, always welcoming people with a smile. This hotel is a totally different experience from any other hotel: you can feel that it is well taken care of and that there is love and dedication into making it a good experience for guests. And.. really good cappuccinos in the morning breakfast :)

Free parking, located 500 meters from the hotel beyond the woods. We have limited space in our garage, with only 10 parking spaces available, accessible only by reservation and for a fee. The Savoia's large rooms feature an LCD satellite TV and elegant parquet floors. Some also enjoy views of the valley and mountains, while others overlook the forest. Pets are allowed at a cost of EUR 35 per stay, per room. Amazing view, The staff were very friendly and polite.
