Private and public onsen are great also roof-top foot spa (get a really clear view of Fuji-san on the roof top). Breakfast buffet is perfect - alll you can drink matcha latte!! Location is great, we walked to Fuji-san rope way in the morning. Parking is free and just across the street.

Guests can relax in the sauna or in the private open-air bath. The hotel has English-speaking staff. I did not have breakfast but everything else was perfect. Location is great compared to the price. Staffs are warm and helpful.

Free Wi-Fi is provided at the lounge. This is the best place I have stayed in Japan. Very big lounge with river view, where you can talk, play cards, read and eat. The staff are so nice, especially Yukio and Aya. Thank you for giving a room tour, recommending a restaurant and cleaning the kitchen in the morning:) The room is comfortable as well, and I especially like daily cleaning. Onsen is the best of all the places that I have been to. They even have private onsen space. Can you believe it? Once again, thank you for everything. I hope I can stay with K’s house again in the near future !
