Have stayed in the best 5 stars and this place totally wins. Super kid friendly. The breakfast is so extensive you’ll be full all day.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and espresso machine. The private bathroom comes with bath amenities including a shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Very spacious room with lots of room for luggage. Room was maintained well every day, the bathroom was nice with good amenities. Cool pajamas included and lots of guests were wearing them around the hotel and to breakfast. The breakfast was really nice, but after a few days the lack of variation got a bit boring. Really convenient shuttle bus and information for the public buses that came right past the hotel for easy travel into Hirafu. Hotel staff were helpful in informing us about ski rental and the location of key places on the provided map. Free laundry machine usage! The hotel provided a nice room to keep ski gear in. Free onsen (heated public bath) that was great and rivalled the paid ones I tried.

This was literally one of the nicest hotel experiences of all time! We were so impressed by every detail - the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, the convenient rides that were provided by Sophie and Guy - they were so cool - the onsen, the rooms and toiletries, the onsen... we could go on and on about how blown away we were by the experience. 11/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury ski hotel experience in Niseko!
