The property was very comfortable and tidy, with spacious rooms and exceptional service. The generous owner made sure we felt at home, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits available at all times were a thoughtful touch. The view of the lively Gemmayze streets was incredible, and the property’s central location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and pubs.

At Palm Ville Suites, every room is fitted with a seating area. The staff was outstanding. Super helpful and kind and provided super service. They genuinely cared about how we felt throughout the stay. The location for us was fantastic - Hamra street was just a couple of minutes walk away, pigeon's rock also very close. Many restaurants and stores were available close to the apartment. On our last day we had a flight in the late afternoon and the staff allowed us to leave our bags in the room until it it was time to go. For that day, it was our base for an approx. 15 km walk throughout the center of Beirut and we were happy to be able to see so many incredible spots on our last day. Would love to come back!

Great hospitality, thank you very much. They have gifted a cake on our anniversary. Hotel was now very new but in good condition. Bathroom is very good. And best part is that the balcony door can be fully opened so you can have fresh air and of couse use the balcony.

Great location, easy access to all amenities . Very clean, beautifully decorated hôtel. Nice grounds in and out. Comfortable room with great view of the sea. Pools also great, clean and at the perfect température. Also Great food options, from breakfast buffet to à la carte. Staff very pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. Everyone , from the front door entrance to the the front desk personnel are truly exceptional. Found each one to be very helpful and they truly go out of their way to make you not only feel welcomed and comfortable , but also ensure that all of your needs are met, whether you need a car for hire, or a dinner reservation, etc.
