The staff were very friendly and went out their way to help us out. Very close to the train station and elephant tours. The surroundings were beautiful and the room was absolutely pristine.

If you're planning a trip to Anuradhapura or Mihintale to explore the sacred Buddhist sites, and you're looking for something authentic and off the tourist trail, stay in Mihintale. It's rich with temples and spiritual atmosphere. Stay at Janaka’s place, ask him for advice, and you won’t be disappointed.

The place is also located very conveniently to a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner David is also very friendly and hospitable. I was able to arrange with him drop off and pick up to see Mihintale. Thanks!

Entouré de temples et de ruines anciennes, le Gamodh Citadel Resort propose des hébergements confortables à proximité du jardin ou de la piscine extérieure. Il possède également une bibliothèque. Hôtel très sympa et propre. Le personnel était vraiment adorable, je recommande cet établissement
