Speaking English, Spanish and French, staff are willing to help at any time of the day at the reception. I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel — once again, everything was perfect! The pool was amazing as always, and the atmosphere felt just like home. A special shoutout to Abdessamie from the staff — we met him last year and were so happy to see him again this year. He’s incredibly kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to their work, and his kindness truly makes a difference. Safe area, gated community. Parking lot in the garage is tight to navigate, even with smaller car. Food is close. Comfortable space.
