The staff were amazing.....very attentive and friendly. My suite was I believe Ana Maria..... exactly like the photo.....very spacious room....if you like modern then it's not for you ...if you want to feel like your going back in time then its for you. The bathroom functioned well.....coffee facilities and refrigerator was great. Not far to walk from the ADO bus station.....great location....I walked around and found myself in some great local spots. Breakfast was lovely.....a must try Mexican Coffee really tasty. I choose half board so dinner was included.....really nice touch.

We especially loved the peaceful, beautifully landscaped pathways and vibrant flowers throughout. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling along the beach, the views were picture-perfect at every turn.

Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club offers 5-star accommodation with a hot tub. Great staff, great food, amazing room and ambiance, great view from the room. One of the most unique places we stayed in. Also buttler was very helpful.
