Everything, from the luxurious and warm welcome to the very last bits of details, Danna did a great job. Special mention for Amirul, the lovely staff who works at the restaurant. He went above and beyond to make our daughter a nice bowl of chicken soup noodle when he realised that her bowl of tom yum soup noodle was perhaps too spicy for a 6-year-old’s liking. We enjoyed the large pool, gym and the kids play area!

I travel to Langkawi with my friend and stay in Looma for 3 nights, and the staff in reception is really nice and always helpful. You also can book sunset cruise here, and I borrowed a towel from reception before I go to the sunset cruise, they don’t even ask any deposit and just let me take it. And the private pool is also nice, the temperature is perfect, it’s not cold and hot, totally enjoy the swimming time. The cleaner are also the detail person, they cleaned the room in detail but also keep everything you use on the same spots. Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding and the owner went above and beyond. He was always just one call away and ready to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was spotless and so beautifully kept. Normally, when I travel, I always wear slippers in hotels or villas, but here my whole family felt completely comfortable walking around barefoot. That’s how clean it was! We felt right at home and couldn’t be happier with our experience.
