Everything, from the luxurious and warm welcome to the very last bits of details, Danna did a great job. Special mention for Amirul, the lovely staff who works at the restaurant. He went above and beyond to make our daughter a nice bowl of chicken soup noodle when he realised that her bowl of tom yum soup noodle was perhaps too spicy for a 6-year-old’s liking. We enjoyed the large pool, gym and the kids play area!

L'établissement The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi est situé à Pantai Kok, à 2,9 km du village oriental. It was my first time staying at Ritz Carlton property. And I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we step there till the very last second we had a wonderful time. Every staffs we encounter were very professional and on top of their game. Services were splendid. Food was perfection, every meal we had was exceptional. Buggy service was very quick too, not once had to wait more than couple of minutes. The ambience was gorgeous. Room service was another amazing experience, coming back to our room and seeing all the little details that our housekeeping team had done to make our stay comfortable was such a special experience. Leaving a hotel was a bitter sweet feeling since we had such memorable stay.

Everything was well thought out and very comfortable. I would love to stay here again and again. Truly a wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding and the owner went above and beyond. He was always just one call away and ready to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was spotless and so beautifully kept. Normally, when I travel, I always wear slippers in hotels or villas, but here my whole family felt completely comfortable walking around barefoot. That’s how clean it was! We felt right at home and couldn’t be happier with our experience.
