L’établissement Shuvatara Suites & Spa, Thamel est idéalement placé dans le centre de Katmandou. Shuvatara Suites and Spa exceeds all expectations. First of all, they organized a transfer from the airport (included in the price) and an early check-in which was a blessing after 8 hours of flying and early morning arrival. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works perfectly, great shower with hot water, nice and soft bedding, plenty of lighting scenarios. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and there are many options for eggs and beverages. The staff were super kind and helpful, always there to answer questions and guide the guests through hotel services. Unfortunately I could not enjoy the spa being very tired, but sauna & jacuzzi available free of charge are definitely a treat. The restaurant and rooms have a breathtaking views as well. The area around the hotel is well-maintained and pretty. I easily found a yoga studio, coworking space, coffee and food spots within 5 minutes walk. So if you are jet lagged like I am, you’ll easily be able to stay within a short radius and not get yourself too tired. I totally recommend to stay here!

It was our favorite stay in Nepal! The staff are extremely proactive from the time you arrive, to arranging outings, and assisting in the restaurant. The restaurant had the best buffet breakfast of any place we stayed- fresh and great variety. The rooms are lovely and the window to view the hills and mountains is a bonus.

We stayed at the presidential suite, the room was big and very very nice. The view from the room was great. Everything in the room was of high quality. It's a very nice hotel with amazing hospitality.

L’établissement Aarya Hotel and Spa - Eternal Heritage bénéficie d’une situation géographique idéale dans le centre de Katmandou. Tout juste ouvert, l’établissement est absolument somptueux : j’ai eu bien du mal à le quitter tant chaque instant y fut un enchantement. Dès l’entrée, on a la sensation de pénétrer dans un véritable palais. La décoration en bois, inspirée du style népalais, se retrouve jusque dans les chambres, à la fois superbes, chaleureuses et d’un confort exceptionnel. Chaque détail est pensé pour notre bien-être. Au 10ᵉ étage, le restaurant est un véritable coup de cœur. Il offre une vue à 360° sur Katmandou. La cuisine y est raffinée et savoureuse. Une partie du sol du restaurant est en verre et offre une vue  sur la piscine et le jacuzzi situés en contrebas. Le mobilier, élégant et confortable, contribue à rendre l’expérience encore plus unique. Les espaces dédiés au sport et au bien-être sont incroyables : la salle de fitness est digne d’un véritable centre sportif, et le spa est une invitation totale à la détente. Quant au personnel, le service est tout simplement royal. Professionnels, souriants, attentionnés, tous se plient en quatre pour satisfaire nos moindres besoins. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Akalish, Ranjana, Khushbu, Manoj, Samjhana… ainsi que toutes les autres personnes dont je n’ai pas noté les prénoms, mais dont la gentillesse et le professionnalisme m’ont profondément marqué. Du personnel de sécurité à l’entrée jusqu’au personnel d’entretien, chaque membre de l’équipe est d’une bienveillance exemplaire. Séjourner à l’Aarya Hotel & Spa est une expérience inoubliable, largement au-dessus de tous les meilleurs hôtels de Katmandou. J’ai hâte d’y revenir ! Un immense merci à toute l’équipe qui a rendu mon séjour absolument exceptionnel.

L’établissement Ho-Motel International se trouve à Katmandou, à respectivement 1,1 km et 4,1 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Temple de Pashupatinath et Boudhanath. J'ai passé une nuit à Ho-Motel car il est proche de l'aéroport. C'est très beau, propre, luxe pour un prix qui reste abordable pour la qualité! Le jeune homme à la réception était très aimable et agréable! J'y retournerai pour mes arrivées et départs depuis KTM! Je recommande!

I had an excellent experience at Homestay Book Now! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is perfect – peaceful yet conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel at home. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and the comfortable bed – I had one of the best night’s sleep in a long time! The free Wi-Fi and breakfast were also great perks, offering a good start to the day. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Whether it was local recommendations or helping with transportation, they made the whole experience seamless. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area!
