The shower was fantastic—clean with excellent water pressure. By the way, I want to highlight the windows, which had great noise insulation—we slept very well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ollantaytambo. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay!

Also transportation from airport to hotel was included with the stay. We asked for massages and the owner got someone in less than an hour. She massaged us three back to back, which was the best. We also got a driver to drive us around the town and to see pisac ruins which the hotel owner arranged for us. The hotel is near by the Urubamba train station,like 10minutes away so I booked our Machu Picchu train from there.

Also the place has two hammocks, which I consider was the best place to relax and the jacuzzi is incredibly amazing, if you do it at night you have the chance to see the stars and it's simply the best. For sure, the best place to stay and you will have the best memories. The breakfast was sooo tasty!

We saw that the team cleaned everything (including curtains and windows) after each departure. They cleaned it also from the „former“ energy. Breakfast was served direkt to your bungalow at the time you want - just tell them per WhatsApp or personally. The service is outstanding. Luis and Anna helped us more than we ever expected. I had a medical issue because of the altitude and Luis drove us to the medical center - stayed and translated for us! Just amazing! Anna and Luis are the souls and the owners of the Kutimuy Lodge - Thank you for all you did - from our hearts! Go there - enjoy the Lodge and never ask if the price is to high! It is not!
