He made sure all our issues were promptly resolved when we initially checked-in after which he continued to follow up with us on a daily basis during our 8 day stay just to make sure that we were enjoying our stay! Your executive lounge on floor 10 is also amaaaazing! I believe you have a new Chinese Chef managing this lounge and I must say that his appetisers and snacks are delicious! The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was cozy and the food was delicious and hygienic. The location was also very convenient with easy access to nearby places. Overall, it was a great experience—I would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended
