I liked a lot the concept of the place. You have your own hotel style spacious room with bathroom and an access to modern, fully equipped, large living area and a kitchen. Room was a bit noisy in the morning from the other guests and personnel. We enjoyed the metal blinds to cover from the morning sun. Within 10 mins walk one can reach Horta town, beach, restaurants and bakeries. The place also agreed to store our luggage after check-out.

Tents are very spacious and comfy (equipped with bed, lignts, table and chairs!) and very clean! Ours was even cleaned during our stay to remove grass debris, perfect room service! Bathrooms are also comfy and high standing, with nice decor and equipements. Campsite is near the beach in a very scenic location. And cherry on the cake: owners and staff really care and are always smiling and helpful!

Good location, really close to the city centre and embankment. Gays in the reception helped with all our questions and was super friendly) Amazing spa and pool, water in jacuzzi can be a bit more hot, but it’s still good. We really enjoyed our rest. Also want to say about delicious meals in restaurant and very good breakfast. Our room was comfortable, had huge bad and amazing view on Pico. Thanks for team of the hotel!!

Waking up and first thing to see is the ocean has some healing power one can not out in words. Room was airy and spacious with great kitchen facilities, bathroom fully equipped and excellent service. we LOVED the cake we received every day! Such a YUMM Treat!

Vale de Cocos is a modern, newly renovated apartment with all the amenities you need, including AC. Our apartment was very comfortable, away from the street and very quiet. There is a great outdoor space with pool, outdoor eating, lounge furniture and beautiful view of Mt. Pico. Everything was very clean and the pool and outdoor area was taken care of daily. It is located in a small village outside of Horta where you find a couple of small supermarkets and a bakery but otherwise there is not much there.

Nice and clean hostel with spacious female dorms and bathroom in the room. .Great location in the center of Horta. There's a clean and well organized communical kitchen for those who would like to prepare their own meals.

Exceptionally clean new facilities, bed linens and towels were cleaned very professionally and smelled fantastic. Bathroom was spacious and had everything you need inclusive hair dryer.

Fantastic location. Very helpful staff. Lovely restaurant. Relaxing jacuzzi. Disability friendly.
