Marta Relvas is the Guest Services Manager, and she went out of her way to accommodate our particular situation and she did it graciously. Her staff is very good as Marta leads by example, not by dictating. Stellar... The hotel is kept clean and organized. If Marta ever wants a job, I would hire her in a second.

The hotel is impeccably designed with great facilities, 10/10 views and is in a good location to explore Porto.
