The resort exceeded our expectations, would recommend this place to anyone. The staff always ready to assist and the facilities are great.

The room was spacious, elegantly designed and had a wonderful view out to sea (we were in a Grand Deluxe close to reception, so the relative height at the top of a hill offered a great vantage point). Breakfast was outstanding with tonnes of vegetarian (and gluten-free) options, which was wonderful as so many Thai breakfasts tend to be so meat-heavy - this was a welcome break. The staff were courteous and friendly without exception, and the a/c in the room managed to keep the room cool despite the humidity outside. Visiting in low season was superb value, and honestly with just a few minutes of rain on one of our three day stay, a June visit is really a no-brainer, especially as nearby Khaolak is so quiet and crowd-free during this time. Walking around the resort is a pleasure - if you're lazy and don't consider walking in lush vegetation to be enjoyable, then go stay somewhere flat.

The swimming pool at Pacific Club Karon Beach Resort offers a 360-degree view of Karon Beach. Guests can relax in the spa bath and enjoy massages and body treatments at the spa. The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. The staff were very friendly and always genuinely concerned about making us feel at home. The facilities were excellent — both the rooftop pool, which was beautiful, and the jacuzzi were highlights of our stay. The food was good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was amazing, from the amenities to the activities and the food options at breakfast. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was beautiful with the most comfortable bed Restaurants were also great specially olives and The deli Great for families because of all the really thoughtful activities for both kids and adults

Guests are able to lounge by the infinity-edge pool while enjoying the sea breeze and a cool drink or play a game of tennis at the courts available. It also has a fully equipped fitness centre and library, as well as activities that include cycling and sea sports. everything. during entire stay I could not think of any point of improvement. I loved the staff, the breakfast, the space, the anonymity- resort is big but very well organized and guests are spread out in villas to guarantee privacy.

What makes the stay 5 star is the quality of service. The staff is lovely, always smiling and lending a helping hand. They have 3 pools, a 24/7 gym, beach access and tons of activities for kids and adults. Great for families, solo and couples
