On the edge of town close to both restaurants and downtown, and the bike trails and National Park. The heated pool was amazing, the 3 hot tubs a total bonus! The popcorn, hot apple cidar, pool table, corn hole, over the top! The free breakfast was a total bonus!

The house had a beautiful and large bathroom and the small kitchen was enough to make breakfast. The room was very nice and big and the parking right next to the house very comfortable. We loved it and the proximity to the Arches is unbeatable.

When we arrived, the owner was outside ready to greet us and give us a tour of the property. He was so kind and friendly to us, he made us breakfast burritos and homemade banana bread and hand delivered it to our door. The rooms had so much personality as well! The sheets and bedding were good quality and so comfortable, there were matching embroidered robes for my husband and I to wear to the hot tub on property. The decor in our room was all historically significant to the area, even the wine glasses were from a local brewery! This spot was everything we were hoping for when looking for a special get away trip for our anniversary. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the ONLY place I want to stay at when traveling to Moab.
