Room was very big, absolutely gorgeous bathroom and shower, beds very plush and comfortable that we ended up sleeping 12 hours straight once!!! Staff were amazing especially the front desk Ms.Cara who carefully walked through with us what we needed to know and Mr Peter for getting in touch with me in advance for tour bookings to Ha Long bay. They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel.
